Design File Guide
Social Media Templates:
The satellite marketing materials hub includes several branded social media templates that can be updated to include your satellite logo. These images are saved as JPEG files. You can place your logo on the images and add text as needed. There are several free online programs that you can utilize to ad a logo to a photo, such as https://www.fotor.com/.
After adding your logo to these JPEG images, you can then add text and share to social media as needed. If you find yourself making social media posts from your cell phone, you can use the ‘add text feature’ on your cell phone photo editor to make updates to the templates on the fly and post directly from your phone.
If you have Photoshop and would prefer to use that software, email [email protected] to obtain the templates in Photoshop format.
Print Ad Templates:
The print ad templates are created in a graphic design software called Adobe InDesign (part of the Adobe Creative Suite). All of these templates are the traditional full page 8.5” x 11” and are customizable for you to add your personal logo, contact information, and text. These updates must be made using the InDesign software to retain print quality. When submitting your print ad, send along the InDesign file with your updates and the designer on staff will be able to insert those for you. If resizing is needed, it can also be updated in this file format.

Pull-Up Banners:
The pull-up banners are created in a graphic design software called Adobe InDesign (part of the Adobe Creative Suite). Unfortunately, there is not a universal pull-up banner size and the sizing for pull-up banners is very specific when it comes to dimensions, trims and bleeds.
These pull-up banner templates are customizable for you to add your personal logo, contact information, and text. These updates must be made using the InDesign software to retain print quality. Fortunately, many printing services have artists and graphic designers on staff who can make these adjustments for you.
