ANIMAL MARKER MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

This document sets out instructions for preparing the animal marker mix (CONCAM5G) that is used with the In-Pen Weighing Position spray system.

INGREDIENTS

Bitrex brand bitterant (BITREX25)	30ml (2 tablespoons)
Keytone yellow food colour dye (DYEGRPD)	0.5lbs (2 cups)
Locally Sourced Ingredients \| Customer Responsibility (Not provided by Vytelle)
5-gallon metal pail	1
Lid for 5-gallon pail	1
Propylene glycol non-toxic anti-freeze	10kg (2.5 gallons)
Water (1:1 glycol to water ratio)	10kg (2.5 gallons)

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Add 2.5 gallons of water (approximately 1/2 of the metal pail) to the 5-gallon metal pail.
Add the 2.5 gallons of Propylene glycol to create a 50/50 mix.
Add 2 cups of keytone yellow food colored dye, and
Add 30ml of Bitrex.
Blend with paint mixer until mixture is blended.
Seal pail.
